Full job description
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized office environment ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of all employees and visitors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform daily cleaning of office areas including workstations, meeting rooms, reception, corridors, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors.
- Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, washbasins, and pantry areas.
- Dust furniture, equipment, shelves, and fixtures.
- Empty and dispose of trash from all bins regularly.
- Ensure cleanliness of windows, glass doors, and partitions.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and request supplies when needed.
- Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely and according to instructions.
- Prepare meeting rooms before and after use (cleaning, organizing chairs, etc.).
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist in basic office support tasks when required (serving tea/coffee, arranging office materials, etc.).
Working Hours: As per company policy.

- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and chemicals.
- Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- Honest, reliable, and punctual.
