General Glass Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Glass Cleaner to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining glass surfaces in residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings, ensuring all glass is spotless, streak-free, and professionally maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean windows, mirrors, glass partitions, and façades using approved tools and safe cleaning solutions
• Carry out both internal and external glass cleaning, including hard-to-reach and high-level areas (where applicable)
• Follow all safety procedures when working at heights or on BMU/suspended platforms
• Identify and report any cracks, damages, or defects to the supervisor
• Maintain and clean equipment, ensuring it is always in good working condition
• Support general cleaning and basic maintenance tasks when required
• Coordinate with the supervisor to complete daily tasks on time

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in glass or façade cleaning (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of cleaning tools and glass-safe chemicals
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
• Rope Access or BMU experience is an advantage
• Ability to follow company safety policies and instructions
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory)
