Studio Cleaner and Receptionist

URGENT HIRING

Contract: Full-time (48 hours per week, 6 days a week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests, parents, and students with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Manage studio reception duties, including answering phone calls and handling emails
• Utilize booking systems to schedule classes and maintain registers
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and managing student records
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area and studio environment
• Perform daily cleaning tasks to ensure studios, common areas, and facilities are kept clean and orderly
• Handle cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper use and storage
• Facilitate studio clean-up after classes and events
• Provide information and support regarding studio programs and services
• Handle inquiries and resolve any customer service issues promptly and effectively

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of reception experience (must be clearly demonstrated)
• Previous experience working with children (must be clearly demonstrated)
• Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance roles
• Proficiency with Apple and Android systems, or a willingness to learn
• Previous experience in a dance school or familiarity with booking systems is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service
• All participants will be subject to police checks

Working Hours:

• 48 hours per week across 6 days
