AC Technician / Expert Cleaner

About the Role
Join our HVAC Wellness Team and help improve indoor air quality across Dubai. We’re looking for a skilled AC Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality service and wants to grow with a fast-paced company.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC duct cleaning, inspection, and disinfection
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV, Split AC, Chillers, etc.)
• Conduct routine maintenance (filters, coils, refrigerant, drainage)
• Identify issues and ensure systems operate efficiently
• Communicate clearly with clients and complete service reports
• Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times

Requirements

• 3-4 years HVAC experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and ductwork
• Experience with duct cleaning equipment preferred
• Ability to read technical manuals and troubleshoot issues
• Good English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments

Qualifications

• HVAC or related technical certification preferred
• NADCA/EPA or equivalent certifications are an advantage
• UAE driving license is a plus
