Full job description
IBC is seeking a reliable and diligent Office Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate should be from an background and possess excellent organizational skills to ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, filing, and handling mail.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises, including pantry and common areas.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging necessary materials.
- Run errands, such as purchasing office supplies and ensuring stock levels are adequate.
- Serve refreshments to staff and guests as needed.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks, including data entry and document sorting.
- Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries or couriers.
- Follow office protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Good communication skills and a polite demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of basic office equipment and its operation.
- Should be physically fit for tasks involving lifting and moving light to moderate loads.
- Familiarity with office etiquettes and professionalism.
