Sales Supervisor / Manager

As a Sales Supervisor you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales performance. This role requires a self-motivated individual who is passionate about sales, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Present and sell company products/services to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure new business.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients and key decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
