MEP Technician / AC Repair & Cleaning

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified MEP Technician with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in AC repair & cleaning, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform AC maintenance, cleaning, and repair (split, window, and ducted units).
• Conduct electrical repairs including socket replacements, lighting installations, circuit troubleshooting, etc.
• Handle basic plumbing issues such as faucet repairs, leakage detection, and pipe installations.
• Carry out general maintenance tasks (e.g., wall mounting, sealant, minor masonry/painting).
• Diagnose system issues, report findings, and propose practical repair solutions.
• Follow safety procedures and complete work orders and service reports accurately.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, clean condition.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP or facility maintenance.
• Proven experience with AC systems, plumbing and electrical troubleshooting.
• Strong multitasking ability and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service attitude.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Basic English communication skills required
