Deep Cleaning Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate deep cleaning operations at client premises.
• Assign daily tasks to cleaning staff and ensure proper execution as per company standards.
• Inspect completed work to ensure thorough cleanliness and client satisfaction.
• Train new staff on deep cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and safety procedures.
• Ensure the proper use of cleaning equipment and PPE by all team members.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials and equipment; request replenishments as needed.
• Maintain daily records of attendance, tasks completed, and client feedback.
• Coordinate with the operations team for scheduling, logistics, and reporting.
• Handle on-site client requests or complaints professionally and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a cleaning supervisor, preferably in deep cleaning.
• Strong knowledge of deep cleaning procedures for residential and commercial properties.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team under tight schedules.
• Good communication skills in English
• Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on tasks when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
