About the Role

We are a boutique, high-standard vacation home company in Dubai looking for experienced and detail-oriented Holiday Home Housekeeping Cleaners. Female candidates with previous hotel cleaning experience or holiday home cleaning experience will be given priority. Your role is to ensure each property is spotless, perfectly staged, and fully guest-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete full cleaning and turnover of units after guest checkout
• Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and deep cleaning all areas
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, and high-touch surfaces
• Strip and remake beds to hotel standards
• Prepare dirty linens for laundry collection and set fresh linens/towels
• Restage the apartment according to brand-standard setup photos
• Report maintenance issues (AC, lights, plumbing, damages) immediately
• Refill consumables and report low inventory
• Follow strict hygiene, sanitization, and safety protocols
• Complete cleaning checklists for every turnover

Requirements

• Previous experience as a hotel cleaner or holiday home cleaner is mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of hotel-level standards
• Ability to travel to different areas across Dubai
• Punctual, trustworthy, and hardworking
