Job Title: Housekeeping Cum Chef (Vegetarian Rajasthani Cuisine)

Key Responsibilities Cooking Duties

• Prepare authentic and hygienic vegetarian Rajasthani meals (Dal Baati Churma, Gatte ki Sabzi, Ker Sangri, etc.)
• Plan daily menus based on preferences and dietary needs
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
• Manage grocery shopping and kitchen inventory
• Store food items properly to avoid wastage
• Follow hygiene and health regulations at all times

Housekeeping Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of rooms, kitchen, and common areas
• Perform daily cleaning, dusting, mopping, and organizing
• Handle laundry, ironing, and wardrobe arrangement
• Ensure proper waste disposal and sanitation
• Report maintenance or repair needs
• Manage household supplies and restocking

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Housekeeper and Vegetarian Cook (Rajasthani cuisine preferred)
• Strong knowledge of traditional Rajasthani recipes and cooking techniques
• Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices
• Physically fit and able to handle daily household tasks
• Ability to work independently
