Male Cleaner

We are looking for a meticulous and hardworking Male Cleaner to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various residential and commercial sites. This role requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a commitment to providing a professional environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in offices, residential units, and common areas.
• Specialized Maintenance: Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and pantry areas; ensure all mirrors, glass, and windows are streak-free.
• Waste Management: Empty trash bins and ensure waste is disposed of in accordance with the site’s recycling and disposal policies.
• Inventory Control: Monitor cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when stocks of detergents, chemicals, or consumables (like paper towels/soap) are low.
• Safety & Chemical Handling: Safely handle and dilute cleaning chemicals according to health and safety (HSE) guidelines to prevent damage to surfaces or health risks.
• Professionalism: Represent the company by maintaining a tidy uniform and interacting politely with residents, office staff, or site supervisors.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Skills: Strong attention to detail and knowledge of various cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting, reaching, and bending.
• Reliability: Excellent time management skills and a reputation for punctuality.
• Communication: Basic English communication skills to follow instructions from the site supervisor and report any maintenance issues found.
