Full job description

IBC is seeking a reliable and diligent Office Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate should be from an background and possess excellent organizational skills to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, filing, and handling mail.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises, including pantry and common areas.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging necessary materials.
  • Run errands, such as purchasing office supplies and ensuring stock levels are adequate.
  • Serve refreshments to staff and guests as needed.
  • Assist in basic administrative tasks, including data entry and document sorting.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries or couriers.
  • Follow office protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Good communication skills and a polite demeanor.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment and its operation.
  • Should be physically fit for tasks involving lifting and moving light to moderate loads.
  • Familiarity with office etiquettes and professionalism.
