Senior Duct cleaner

We are looking for a Senior leadman experienced in specialized hygiene services for our Facilities Division

Job Role:

• Clean and sanitize air ducts using approved tools and techniques (brushes, negative air machines, air whips, HEPA vacuums).
• Inspect ductwork for blockages, debris buildup, mold, or other contaminants.
• Seal and secure access panels post-cleaning.
• Safely clean evaporator and condenser coils in split units, ducted systems, and package units.
• Use specialized coil cleaning solutions and low-pressure water systems for optimal results.
• Inspect coils for damage, corrosion, or refrigerant leaks and report findings.
• Ensure proper reassembly and functionality of the AC system after cleaning.
• Clean and disinfect Water tanks
• Clean and Degrease the kitchen duct and extraction system
• Cut access panels on the kitchen duct and close it securely after the work is completed
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
• Maintain, clean tools and equipment after each job.
• Communicate clearly with clients and explain service outcomes.
• Provide feedback to the operations engineer regarding any system issues or repairs needed.
• Complete job documentation and obtain customer sign-off upon completion.
• maintain the work area clean after completion

Additional Requirements:

• Driving License , NADCA certificate (+ if available)
• Experience of managing a team
• Aware about Health and safety policies and procedures.
• Experience with equipment used in cleaning Services.
• Should be able to train new staff
• Familiarity with AC duct cleaning, Kitchen exhaust systems cleaning, water tank cleaning and drain line jetting.
• Physically fit and capable of working in confined spaces, rooftops, and hot environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety.
• Good communication skills and a polite, professional attitude.
